I’m not big on new year resolutions because frankly I suck at completing goals at any time of the year so I don’t put extra strain on myself when I know I won’t do something.
But I’ve been seeing so many bloggers posting about their resolutions and their goals for 2016 which I love reading for some ideas of what I should aim to accomplish!
I’ve come down to one resolution/goal for 2016:
To be better than last year.
I don’t particularly care about particular goals this year, I just want to be better than I was this year. Obviously, this can be in a number of ways:
- Better creatively
- Better at blogging
- Better at studying
- Better health-wise: physically and mentally
- Better at developing good hobbies/habits
- Better to people around me.
As long as I can look back at the end of this year and say I was slightly better in anyway than the year before, I think that’s good enough for me! I may come up with some more particular goals throughout the year but I’m not going to stress myself out trying to accomplish particular things, and I don’t think you should either unless you have a history of being better with particulars!
P.S. did you get your free 2016 goals planner yet (pictured above)? You can list ideas of what to improve on just to make your 2016 better than 2015.
